If your child is eligible, we will develop a support plan with you called an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).  The IFSP will be based on:

- The needs of your child and the outcomes you'd like to see.

- Your family's daily routine.

- Your family's priorities, values, and ideals. 

-          Supports that may be needed, such as transportation, information, etc.
