How do I know whether my child needs any of these services?

While developmental rates differ from child to child, there are some general milestones that you can expect.  Difficulties such as these, however, might suggest the need for early intervention:

- Difficulty talking or understanding what is said to them (communication skills)

- Difficulty with rolling, crawling, sitting, walking or asymmetrical movements (motor skills

- Difficulty with feeding, toileting or dressing (self-help skills)

- Difficulty with thinking or playing (cognitive skills)

- Behavioral or physical disabilities, vision or hearing impairments, or chronic illness

If you even think your child might have some kind of developmental delay, please call us -- the sooner, the better.  Our experienced professionals will listen to your concerns and help you decide what the next step should be.
